Gypsy Gourmet to start Outdoor Events
Hello All!
I know the site hasn't had an update in a while, but I have a couple of exciting announcements. Gypsy Gourmet will soon be trying our hand at some outdoor foodservice for some upcoming events in Savannah, mostly concerts and the like. Also, the next event is in the works, with a date to be announced shortly. We are also planning a pig-roast/barbeque type event soon, which will be an all-day party/affair. Keep checking back - big things are coming!

Menu for the 11/17 Dinner
Here it is, the menu for the next dinner, on 11/17. I'm imagining a kind of old-school steak house feel for this menu; again, the dinner will feature hors d'oeuvres and wine pairings and a "suggested donation" of $60.

Next Event Lined Up!
Gypsy Gourmet has its next event lined up! It will be November 17th, in Midtown Savannah. The menus will be posted here in the next couple of days - anyone interested in coming please shoot me an email - I think it's going to be great!

Our First Dinner a Success!
On Monday, we had our first dinner at a quaint rowhouse in downtown Savannah. Wendy Williby crafted a custom cocktail to kick of the hors d'oeuvres hour, then everyone filed out into the courtyard for the 5 course dinner - here are some pics of the evening!

Gypsy Gourmet added to index of Underground Restaurants
Well, Dan at the Casa SaltShaker site has added us to his index of Underground Restaurants. We are listed down the page, under the Savannah, GA heading. Dan runs an underground restaurant in Argentina, and tons of interesting reviews and videos on his site - definitely worth checking out.

First Dinner - October 24, 2011!
The first dinner is officially announced - October 24th! The "suggested donation" is $60 per person, and includes hors d'oeuvres, a 5 course dinner, and paired cocktails. The food menu is attached. Email me at gypsygourmetsav@gmail.com if you are interested in attending - it's filling up fast!
